On the callback. The form only gives us the raw details; when we call, we check them with you, name the truck and give you one total for the job. Nothing is scheduled until you agree to that number, and you're free to say no.
Can I book a tow for another day?
Yes. Choose 'Another day - schedule it' on the form, note roughly when, and fill in where the car is and where it should go. A booked tow is priced the same way as an urgent one, on the phone, and the pickup goes on our schedule only once you accept the total.
I'm not sure what my car needs. What do I pick on the form?
Pick 'Not sure - help me work it out' and describe what the car is doing in the details box, with the year, make and model. On the callback we ask a few questions and tell you whether it needs a wheel-lift tow, the flatbed or only a roadside visit, and what that costs.
